I'm Vivian Gill

With over three decades of experience as a registered nurse and a quarter-century dedicated to holistic wellness coaching, I take immense pride in my legacy of promoting health, wellness, and personal empowerment. My educational journey led me to achieve a Masters in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Life Coaching. Furthermore, I hold certifications as a NASM and ACE personal trainer, 200 RYT, Precision Nutrition Master Coach, and Somatic Coach. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of assisting individuals and families through challenging situations, including crises, severe illnesses, and end-of-life circumstances, offering compassion and support. My holistic wellness coaching certification underscores my commitment to a comprehensive approach to well-being, emphasizing simplicity, scientific principles, and the harmonious connection between healthcare and fitness.

My passion is to empower women, especially those navigating the transitional waters of midlife, to take charge of their health and fitness. I believe that wellness is a gateway for individuals to contribute more joyfully to their families, churches, and communities. Through my active online engagements on Instagram and LinkedIn, I foster a community eager to create lives filled with less stress, more balance, and greater purpose. As the founder of "Vivian Gill, Firm Foundations," I am thrilled to introduce a coaching program aimed at guiding women away from the cycle of restrictive dieting towards a lifestyle centered on self-worth and abundant living. My approach encourages intuitive eating, joyful physical activity, and the support of a like-minded community, all aimed at reigniting a sense of purpose and well-being in every individual I have the privilege to engage with.
